QUIT SMOKING – THE EASY WAY

This is why Julie has called her program The Easy Way because it is easy, she is not only an expert in her field, but has designed a program which really does work. Smokers often have a fear of feeling deprived with the pleasure smoking gives. Julie Mac’s Quit Smoking program removes your need and your desire to smoke. The Quit Smoking Program Outline

 

You will have two weekly sessions:

Week 1. A 90 minute induction and collection of habits and behaviours PLUS hypnosis for reducing down your smoking. You will receive your Relaxation CD to play during the week.

 

Week 2. A one hour session to tidy up any remaining habits to ensure your long term success PLUS hypnosis for quitting. You will receive your Quit Smoking for Good CD to use to REMAIN a non smoker.

 

And you will receive TWO Hypnosis CD’s:

Largest Smoking Cessation Study Ever Reveals That Hypnosis Is the Most Effective Method To Quit Smoking.

 

According to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit. A meta-analysis, statistically combining results of more than 600 studies of 72,000 people from America and Europe to compare various methods of quitting. On average, hypnosis was over three times as effective as nicotine replacement methods and 15 times as effective as trying to quit alone.

Massive 90.6% Success Rate for Smoking Cessation With Hypnosis

A field study of 93 male and 93 female CMHC outpatients examined the facilitation of smoking cessation by using hypnosis. At 3-month follow-up, 86% of the men and 87% of the women reported continued abstinence from the use of tobacco using hypnosis.
